Soul Coaching
Soul coaching is a program that starts with an in-depth assessment completed by you the client. We then move onto weekly one-to-one sessions using the initial assessment as a an initial reference, before we highlight the focus area/areas.
Each client gets a bespoke weekly assignment of reflection and tasks. These tasks may include mini-goal setting which I find to be fun. Goal setting in general doesn’t have to be boring.
Once we have have discovered the goal or purpose clients then go through a process of committing to those commitments. Those commitments become your goal. I include regular 'check-ins' with the program to help keep you on track.

In the end, you can’t manage what you don’t measure and you can’t improve upon something that you don’t properly manage. Setting goals can help you do all of that and more.
